George Mason High School (named the top athletic program in Virginia by Sports Illustrated 7/09)
In 2007, as a freshman Goetz played top 6 (mostly #3 singles and #2 doubles); team was Region B Champion and STATE Group A Champion.
In 2008, as a sophomore played #1 singles and doubles; team was Region B Champion; Goetz was STATE Group A singles and doubles finalist. He won team top single's player award.
In 2009, as a Junior Goetz was undefeated in regular season in doubles and singles at #1. Team was STATE Group A Finalist. Goetz was team MVP.
