Recruiting Update
Top Junior Prospect: Casey Cullen
by Julie Wrege, 9 March 2006
Starting next week, TennisRecruiting.net will focus heavily on the senior class as we kick off the "Countdown to Signing Day." But today, in the calm before the storm, we finish our three-week glance at the Class of 2007 with a visit to Beverly Hills, Michigan and Casey Cullen.
Cullen, a 4-Star prospect, is an accomplished tennis player who has been successful in National Opens and at the sectional level. His successes - 23 victories against players rated 4 Stars or higher - earned him berths in the major USTA tournaments. Cullen competed in the 2005 Easter Bowl, Claycourts, Winter Championships, and The Nationals at Kalamazoo.
I got the chance to ask Cullen about his high school and tournament play, his game, and his future.
