With Spring Signing Week in the past, the Hot 100 provides a glimpse of potential future college prospects. We caught up with a few rising players who found success over the past month.

Five-Star Freshman Eleanor Schulson

Five-star freshman Eleanor Schulson began playing tennis as a toddler with her father. The two would hit balls in the driveway after dinner. When she turned six, she starting playing at public courts, and by the age of eight she joined the MAC Tennis Academy.

According to her father, Nick Schulson, tennis was an obvious choice for his daughter. “Tennis is a natural extension of Ellie’s personality,” he said. “She is intrinsically self-motivated and loves the meritocratic element of tennis development and competition.”

Eleanor Schulson credits her success in the sport to the professionals at the MAC Tennis Academy.

“From the time I joined, the coaching staff has encouraged a long-term growth mindset that prioritizes development over results,” she said. “I have a long way to go, but I think my recent success can be credited to great coaching, patience and hard work.”
