Four-Star Nguyen Discovers All Babson Has to Offer

Mason Nguyen (WTN 16.9) was heading to the airport after his visit to Babson College when his dad asked what he thought about the Division III school in Massachusetts.
“It hit me in that moment that Babson had everything I could ever want,” Nguyen said. “I decided we should drive back and meet with Coach (Michael Kopelman) face-to-face so I can commit here. It was a surreal moment because I could already picture myself there.”

The four-star senior from El Dorado Hills, California had to settle for a FaceTime call because Kopelman had already left campus for a tournament.
But it didn’t damper the celebratory feelings.
“He seemed really excited. He told the team and the team called me after that,” Nguyen said. “It felt really good to see how excited they were to have me next year. It was really a great day.”
