Cadeau Drawn to Howard and Benefits of HBCUs

The recruiting process didn’t leave Justin Cadeau much time for reflection.
The three-star senior from West Orange, New Jersey was so immersed in finding the right college that it all felt a little overwhelming.

But after making his decision last month to attend Howard University, Cadeau was able to finally appreciate the completion of his longtime goal.
“Once I committed, it felt really real to me. It was like, 'this is actually happening,’” Cadeau said. “I am excited to represent a prestigious school like Howard, especially doing something I love like playing tennis."
